The revised files contain values for DS_StartHour and DS_EndHour that have been computed using Enron defined formulas.  The original files contained raw data from the Enpower database, and have been placed in the directory named "Archive".  No other differences should exist in the data within the two sets of files.

The files in this directory (DO4_98_Avista_PGE_Enquiry) are the most appropriate sets to use.
